2. Exchange and Return:
Products cannot be exchanged or returned once they have been shipped.
If the customer wishes to cancel or return an order while it is in transit, the customer shall bear all associated costs, and the paid amount will not be refunded.
In the event that the shipment is not received by the customer and is returned to Row, the product and payment will not be eligible for exchange or refund. The order will be considered canceled, and the item will be disposed of without compensation.
